About Saltine

A modern neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal, contemporary cooking in a smart, stylish space. Opened late 2023 by Mat Appleton and Jess Blackstone (founders of Fink’s) with Head Chef Phil Wood (Spring, St John Marylebone). Phil’s menu of vibrant, seasonal dishes is led by provenance, joyful cooking and sustainability.

Saltine is open all day with a lighter offering in the bar (coffee by day, cocktails by night), and a full menu in the evening alongside low intervention wines and kitchen led cocktails.
